Can anyone shed some light about the new townhomes park bayshore in shoreview? Advice about the area?

The units are nice, the fact that they are new is a plus. If you are considering buying one of these units, I would suggest parking your car and walking around the neighborhood to get a real feel for the environment. Also, look into local schools. School test scores and statistics are a good rule of thumb to go by in regards what you should expect from the community.

Currently, there are 36 single family homes, town homes, and condos on the market in South Shoreview and North Shoreview, 7 of which are bank owned and 17 are short sales. So, 24 of the 36 properties listed for sale are up for sale because of a financial obligation, this is a distressed market.
