Is this home overpriced?

Mary Molinari answered:
hi there - are you looking in Belmont California or Belmont Massachusetts ? An updated home in Belmont California at $795,000 is an attractive price. However, as with any home you are are considering be sure to have your agent do a market analysis on the home and its neighborhood. Need assistance feel free to contact me :) thanks mary molinari coldwell banker 650.996.7981 - Mon Jun 30 2008, 13:47

Millbrae location question

Mary Molinari answered:
hi Al,
The best thing to do is have your agent run comps. for the neighborhood.
Please let me know if you need any assistance :o) good luck - mary molinari coldwell banker - Thu Jun 26 2008, 16:49
hi Al,
good question
- I have to agree with Artur - it is the same for the entire Peninsula.
Just to add a thought the homes located along the 280 corridor typically are larger homes on larger lots and some have views. Whereas, the homes along 101 are smaller homes, closer to industrial / commercial areas, the train tracks and yes, the airport noise is a big factor as well.

However, you are a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Millbrae, the bart station etc..
Hope this information helps :o) thanks mary molinari - coldwell banker - Thu Jun 26 2008, 07:48

Question removed

Mary Molinari answered:
hi Cam, I would check with the Belmont Police Department at 1 Twin Pines Lane # 160 Belmont, CA 94002 (650) 595-7400 - http://www.belmont.gov and look at their public saftey / police blotter reports. Having grown up and still live in the Bay Area and drive to Belmont Monday - Friday to take my daughter to school and shop at Carlmont Shopping Center it is a small quiet town compared to some of its neighboring cities. ps since you are looking I have a townhome for sale in Belmont with amazing views - 300 Davey Glen Road #3823. Good Luck in you move and welcome to California :) Mary Molinari Coldwell Banker - Fri May 9 2008, 20:44
