""Dear Dominick,
Have been wanting to write and thank you for all you have done for me and my house and my helping friends and workers.
I know my not being there made it harder for you and gave you a lot more to do...tending to ailing landscape tp cleaning tops of applicances. You are so very thorough. I feel quite blessed to have been able to work with you. I am preparing to sell another unit and I want your valuable assistance. You have very good ideas in all areas of real estate.
I guess what I appreciate most is the fact that when you say you will do something, you do it. You keep your word and that gives such a sense of security to your clients.
Thank you again, Dominick for all you did to ease my path on this arduous closing.
Most gratefully,""

Jeanna,
Not sure what you mean by the building lines. If the home was not built on the property being sold, then it is on someone else's property and a real estate lawyer is needed.
If it was not built within the setback, then a variance from the jurisdiction is needed by the current owner prior to the sale.
QUESTION: How old is the survey? If it is not current, then a new survey is required. Also, if new, have you discussed this with the person who performed the survey?
Good luck

Jon,
Work with a real estate agent who you can build a good working realtionship and go from there.
There are many properties to choose from. We are in a buyer's market right now so I am sure you will be able to locate one perfect for you.
If you visit my web site I am marketing a property in Median County, west of San Antonio, 5.01 acres for $65,000.
Good luck!

Welcome to San Antonio!
Throwing my hat in the ring for your consideration. There are a number of available properties as you already know. The hard part is finding an agent whom you feel comfortable with.
It would be my pleasure to have an opportunity to speak with you.

Jasmine,
Who can say? While we hope we have bottomed-out, we must all wait and see.
The indications are things are getting better across the nation. Here in San Antonio and all of Texas, we have not suffered near as much as other locations.
It is against our ethics to promise or guarantee prices will go up or a property value will increase.
Call me if you have any other questions, without obligation, at (210) 273-9082.
Good luck!

As a retired Air Force member, I do enjoy working with military personnel relocating in to and out of San Antonio, Texas. I have made considerable effort to add web site content of interest to the military community.
