I would stay north of 90 for faster appreciation. Potranco/1604 offers a nice range of homes, northside schools, and great commercial growth with shopping, restaurants, etc. Try and invest wisely...ie. one story with community pool. - Sun Jul 13 2008, 10:26
Lauri, If you want easy answers without pressure, I'm happy to help. There are so many areas depending on your "wish list." Don't get frustrated! - Wed Jun 18 2008, 13:11
Ask questions first...such as whether the inspector carries Error and Omission Insurance (and how much)? Yes, I can recommend companies, and am happy to do so for my clients. - Wed Jun 18 2008, 13:08
There were many investors who entered our market in 2006. It is now 2008! Thank goodness most of the investors are now gone. San Antonio is not, nor has ever been, a city that sees property values increase dramatically from one year to the next. 2005 and 2006 saw record increases...in some neighborhoods over 10%, but compared to the states that are seeing major drops in their housing market...ie, Arizona, California and Florida...we are holding strong. Stability goes hand in hand with: strong employment, job growth and low interest rates. San Antonio will not see prices drop significantly! We are used to our nice, 4%- 5% increases each and every year. - Tue Apr 29 2008, 18:25
