My best suggestion is to ask someone you trust who they used to buy or sell a home. If they are happy with the service they got then chances are you will be too. I suggest you use a REALTOR, who is a member of the local association of REALTORS, as they comply with a strict code of ethics that protects your interests. I would further suggest using a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), because then you can be assured of a level of expertise and a committment to the business.
