My name is Estela Haese and I have been in the San Antonio Real Estate business since 1978. I love working with people, and I have always found great satisfaction in helping others with what is usually one of the biggest decisions most people can make: buying or selling a home. I work weekends and I am always available to my clients.
If you choose me as your agent, you will also be choosing my family team. My daughter, Valerie, works with our team as a buyer agent. My son works for us as well; he handles all things computer-related, answers phones at the office, manages my marketing, takes pictures, etc. We have been involved with the new home construction and land development business as well, so we know all about the construction aspect of homes and have a network of contractors and repairmen that we have built up over our three decades of experience in the industry.
A very large percentage of my clients are people who are purchasing new homes from builders, so I am very experienced with new home buyer representation. Because I work with so many builders, I know most of their sales representatives and I am very familiar with all the plans they build and which neighborhoods they build them in.
I have a small network of loan officers that I work with regularly. It is always good to have a buyer agent who has a business relationship with your lender. One of the lenders in my network will provide better service to you because they would like to keep working with my clients, and I only refer my clients to the hardest working loan officers. The lenders that I work with have different specialties. If you need a bilingual lender or one that specializes in non-conforming loans, please let me know.

CMPRE = Company Relocation, LOWPC = Low Pile Carpet, HMSRV = Home Service Plan (like American Homeshield), VTLTR = Virtual Tour, CRPOW = Corporate Owned.
You will be happy to hear that the new MLS system we are switching to this month does away with all these difficult acronyms and simply states the descriptions in the form of whole words.

I recently listed and sold 20811 Viola Park , Summit at Bulverde Creek in 8 days. There are a lot of military people coming in now to work at Fort Sam and BAMSE. I would listed with an experienced Realtor who has a proven marketing plan. Try selling first, rental is always a possibility. You can also listed it for rent and for sale at the same time with a company like mine that would allow you to do that. Hope everything will work out for you and feel free to give me a call. Shavano Park is a great area to live. Prices are going up and in my opinion an investment in the IH 10 West corridor, Shavano Park and the Alamo Heights area are good today and will be appreciating in the future.However, I would take advantage of the great opportunities in the resale market. I would not built today. My office is located tin the roximity of Shavano Park. We could meet and discuss this further. The sales for homes with 3500-3800 square feet in Bluffview Estates averaged in at $407,266. The average price per square foot was $112. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else. - Mon Jun 16 2008, 09:40
Bridgewood is a nice neighborhood in a great part of town. The commute to downtown San Antonio from there is about 30 minutes, maybe 45 during high-traffic times. You can find all sorts of crime data information at the MYSA.com crimebase, located at
