San Anselmo is sought after, and for good reason. In a softening market it is important to buy into a location that has great desireability - which San Anselm has in spades. It is many's favorite Marin city. The best homes go in a snap so it is important to work with a company that does a lot of local business -many properties sell before they even hit the market! - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
