There is a lot of talk of a softening real estate market. How would you describe the real estate market in San Anselmo?

San Anselmo is sought after, and for good reason. In a softening market it is important to buy into a location that has great desireability - which San Anselm has in spades. It is many's favorite Marin city. The best homes go in a snap so it is important to work with a company that does a lot of local business -many properties sell before they even hit the market! - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51

How easy it to get around San Anselmo with public transportation (buses, trains, subways, etc)?

Young & old seem to seemlessly. Night life is good for a stroll & the antiqueing (antique capital of Marin) in the day & the dining in the evening is terrific for 'foodies.' - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
