Hi I have created a search page for finding Short Sales and one for listed Bank Owned property. So the Question is do you want to find the home that are currently in foreclosure know as Notice of Default or do you want to find a home the bank has foreclosed on or Short Sale (people have chose to sell for less then then they owe Short Sale and the bank must approve the short payoff). You can see articles about this on my blog along with the following links to find Bank Owned (homes the bank foreclosed on and they are now selling) property or Short sale Listings.
