"You’re embarking on a fantastic journey, through the process of buying a home. Congratulations! This is quite possibly one of the most exciting (and sometimes trying) experiences in life. As such, it’s important to have someone in your corner, to work on your behalf and assist you in finding the “perfect” home. Debbie Cooper is just such a person. In the summer of 2006, we met Debbie and began the search for our new home. For a couple of months she would send listings our way, and wouldn’t hesitate to show the homes to us on little-to-no notice. Debbie listened to our needs and was always attentive to any concerns we expressed, especially when it came to local schools for our children. In the fall of that same year, we decided to postpone the home search until further notice. Debbie was refreshingly accepting of this change of heart. Normally this would be the end of the story, but Debbie isn’t an ordinary Realtor. Throughout the next year and a half, Debbie stayed in contact with our family, periodically sending personalized email and she even brought over homemade cinnamon rolls to our kids at Christmastime last year (who does that?). Instead of simply moving on to the next client, Debbie remained in contact with our family with grace and an air of loyalty. This impressed us deeply. In the Spring of 2008, we decided it was finally time to buy our home. We called Debbie. For a solid couple of months, we reviewed countless listings and visited many houses (sometimes more than once). Debbie was always patient, and was genuinely concerned that we find the right home to meet our growing family’s needs. Always warm, and smiling, she put our minds at ease, and really treated us like family. A genuine representative of the buyer, Debbie was there each step of the way and helped us realize the dream of owning our own home."
