I would like to introduce myself. I was born and raised in Estonia and have lived and worked here in Tampa Bay area for 11 years. This condo is located at Island Inn building which is one day minimum rental building with on site rental management office .I wold assume it most likely is already on rental program and I am guessing the rate to be around 1000 per week. - Wed Oct 8 2008, 14:46

You might want to look into Seminole/Largo area if you would like to be close to beaches.There are some great neighborhoods and most of the area does not require flood insurance.There are several County parks in the area and Pinellas Trail for bike rides.
