foreclosure properties

Jason answered:
Denise,
first, troublehomes.com is simply some guy setting up a webpage with Google Adsense all over it so that when you click on any of those links he gets paid. Its not a real site.

I would use Google to do a search for those terms in your area
I have found success with http://www.rehabahouse.com but they don't have property in every area. they have non-mls property on their site as well.
sites like foreclosure.com simply list the properties that banks foreclosed on but were NOT sold at the court house steps, meaning, other investors passed on the deal so the Bank had to take the property back and try their luck on the local MLS. - Wed Apr 16 2008, 04:43

How do I access forclosures?

Jason answered:
You can ger a Realtor to show the foreclosures, but those are usually the deals that investors passed up on the courthouse steps and the banks took them back and now are trying to sell them via the MLS. I would also take a look at free sites that are available that have investment property for sale like http://www.rehabahouse.com - Sat Apr 12 2008, 04:50
