Jennifer Lavergne and Tiffany Shtogrin are Buyers Specialist and make sure every home buyer gets the home of their dreams.


Cheryl Cooper is the Listing Specialist making each homes marketing and sale a reality meeting each clients specific needs and time frames.


Our office is always available to help with faxing, calls and we provide current updates so each client is aware of the activities and marketing for their home. Free concierge service and client activities through out the year are available.

If you rented or bought the home in question and did not get any paper work it will be hard to argue whatever summons your receiving.If I can try to understand your letter you bought a rental and they want almost 1000 dollars a month for the payments. Your question seems to be is your money secure? Most likely not if your not meeting the required payment. Hope this helps your letter was a little hard to understand.

Condo's offer lots of perks over houses with the maintenance free exterior and usually lots of out door amenities. Parking usually is limited,some are now offering garages. Wow, they probably had no idea they built the wall over the top of the trap. I understand how upset you must be. During your inspection period the buyer has the opportunity to find flaws and have them corrected. That time has passed. The sellers disclosure could be a legal road for you if you find they did not disclose this to you AND knew what they did.
My best advice would be to contact a lawyer and I know that is not what you want to hear.
