Joe I can understand your frustration. The first thing I suggest is to have a candid conversation with your agent and in a calm manner express to her how you feel. See what happens. Most agents welcome the honesty and sincerely want to please their clients. Perhaps you will both be able to resolve things from this point forward. However in the event that you are still not satisfied, I would advise you review the listing agreement between you and the broker.
