Hello Nancy, Interview a few Agents in the area you are looking to purchase the warehouse. You will need to find someone with accurate knowledge of the area your looking into. Be sure to ask their past experience with the type of property you are looking for - they also need to be familiar with the local building codes and uses for the warehouse.
