Hi Marilyn! This home in the Fern Bluff subdivision is a Milburn built home and as you are aware the master is down. This particular floorplan does not have an office. The gameroom overlooks the downstairs floor and so it is possible you could use some of that gameroom space as an office;however, if you are like me and your office is something you are in on a daily basis and it might not work to mix your space with other rooms then I can surely understand. I am very familiar with the area in which you are searching as well as all of Round Rock.
