Most likely it is the price. Does your home have the same upgrades a the unit that sold for 14,000 less? Is your home free of clutter, family photos, and do you need to put some of your furniture in storage? Is it comfortable and inviting? What is the flooring like? If it has carpet, does it need steam cleaning? Do you have pets in the house and their food bowls.The home needs to be impecciably clean.
