Christine has lived and worked in the Capital District of New York -- specifically, Schenectady County, NY -- for more than thirty years and has a strong knowledge of the area. Her real estate experience lies in both the sales and administrative sides, including working with buyers and sellers of homes, investment properties, new constructions, commercial properties, residential lots and land tracts, mainly in Schenectady County, but in some limited surrounding areas such as Colonie, Latham, Troy, and Saratoga County as well.

Christine understands the importance of ongoing education and market insight to further the interests of his clients, and in her more than five years as a New York State real estate licensee has worked to constantly stay abreast of developments in the real estate industry, real estate law, and local markets.

Prior to my real estate career I was a Finance Analyst for General Electric in Schenectady NY for the Steam Turbine Technology Division. I enoyed the job and always the attention to detail but my passion was to have a successful real estate career. My total work exoerience encompasses over 15 years in banking, finance and management, and over 20 years of customer service.

I live and work in the Capital District of New York as a FULL TIME REALTOR. This includes Albany, Schenectady & Troy which is referred to as "The Tri-City Area". The Capital DIstrict NY region broadens the area significantly, pulling areas North towrd Clifton Park, South towards Glenmont, East towards East Greenbush and West towards Mohawk.

My wonderful husband of 10 years, Joe, has worked as a Senior Designer at General Electric in Schenectady for the past 19 years. We have 2 beautiful children, Kailiegh and Angelo. I have lived in Schenectady NY all my life anjoy sharing all of my experiences with everyone I meet!

This home is listed in excellent condition. The age of the roof, furnace and hot water tank are unknown. The seller has owned the home for 7 years and has not had to replace these items since purchase. A personal inspection of the property might better tell you the approximate age.
