In the Atlanta market there are several companies that specialize in that investment area.
I would try Bull Realty for a local company or Marcus & Millichap if you're looking for a national reach.
In this market, I would look for a company that had access to bank owned multi-family investments. I have a connection with a construction company that specializes in fixing up apartment complexes when and if you'll have a need for that.
