how can I list my home?

Brian M. Jeacoma, CBR answered:
there are plenty ways to list a home. you can call up some brokers that you have gotten mail from or try putting it on the internet for sale by owner and the brokers will call you. from there you can select the right broker for you. It is important you have looked at the brokers track record and how many years he has been in the business. It is also important that you find out about the brokers education in real estate and college as well. You should get a clear picture of the internet advertising they do and how aggressive they are when it comes to negotiations. Selling your home is a very emotional time in your life, that is why you need a broker like myself to facilitate the process providing you with a plethora of internet sites.
