I'll throw my hat in the ring. I own and manage investment properties of my own. I currently have a clients duplex listed and have represented many investors. I have built new construction and have rehabbed properties. From an investors perspective, I understand you have financial goals to achieve. Condition and location are key pieces to a successful investment. I hold a real estate sales and brokers license and have been full time for 17 years. I am currently working on my appraisal license. Your looking for an agent who knows the market, who can assess a property for deferred and needed maintenance and who can value the property based on these variables in relation to the subject properties cash flow.
