Since 1976 the name Sitcler has been synonymous with real estate in the greater Sacramento area. Sitcler Realtors has earned a name for itself by offering quality service, personable agents and great client care since Brandon’s father Roger Sitcler started the company.
Sitcler Realtors has been owned and operated solely by Roger Sitcler until his son, Brandon, joined his team as a licensed real estate agent after graduating from California State University, Chico. While Brandon has been with Sitcler Realtors, great strides have been taken to expand the business through the internet and strategic marketing which could not have been accomplished without him.
After a few years working in the real estate industry, in which time Brandon earned his Broker’s license, he recognized a need for a high quality mortgage company to compliment the standard of integrity set by Sitcler Realtors. It was at that time that his longtime friend, Cliff Alexander, came to him with a proposal for just that company. After 12 months of strategic planning and licensing, Revolution Financial was born.
Revolution Financial offers integrity and honesty where other companies are lacking as well as a young, forward-thinking group of people who are excited to change the way people view the mortgage industry. For this reason Brandon Sitcler is excited to be part of the growing and innovative team that is Revolution Financial.

I have a property management division in my company, so I sort of feel obligated to refer it...
But, all of the concerns posted here are very good. Its very important to deal with a manager that you feel comfortable with and who has a motivating fee structure. - Fri Oct 12 2007, 22:59
You have plenty of time to spare before values go up again. I suggest using the money you would be paying toward a mortgage to, instead, pay your $45k debt down. By the time this is payed off, you will be in much better shape to buy a house.
And while you are chipping away at the debt, you should also work on raising your credit score; 760 or 800 is a good target and will get you the very best interest rate. - Fri Oct 12 2007, 22:48
Roseville is about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Sac. Ive attached the city's website. I have lived in the Roseville area for most of my life, being born here; and I can tell you that there are many advantages to living here over other suburban cities in the Sac metro area. - Fri Oct 12 2007, 09:22
Most notably, we have two Sun City developments by Del Webb. There is one in Lincoln, and another in nearby Roseville. These communities are restricted to those adults 55 and over; the residents are tight knit and there are a variety of activities to participate in with in these communities, especially if you like to golf. - Thu Oct 11 2007, 17:17
There are a bevy of homes for under $500k in the surrounding area of Sacramento currently. The tricky part is selecting the best area to buy one of these homes. Many of the areas that hold the inventory are not extremely desirable places to live as there is not much infrastructure in place. I would suggest staying away from Natomas, Rancho Cordova, and Elk Grove as these areas are leading the downward trend in values.
If your buyers do not mind a commute to Sacramento, look in the new West Park development in Roseville, Or, near-by, Rocklin has a new community called Whitney Ranch. - Thu Oct 11 2007, 17:06
