We are thinking about moving to Del Webb in Roseville. Can anyone tell me if this would be a good move for?

There is a brand new Del Webb community in Roseville that has built 150 homes and will have 700 total when complete. There is a more established Del Webb community in Roseville with 3110 homes built in the mid-90s with two golf courses, a restaurant, and tons of activities. Both communities have wonderful homes, so you have your choice of new or resale.
