With a huge number of short sales in the MLS, why are there buyer's agents dissuading clients not to pursue

Thanks all for responding to my question. I understand how complex a short sale process is. I represent both sellers and buyers in a short sale. But if a buyer came to me and commit the time required to complete a short sale, I think it is my duty to show them properties that interests them. - Sun Jun 29 2008, 18:12

Any new info on the high school in moutain house ca and i heard the town center is going to be build after?

My aunt lives in Tracy which is approximately about 6 miles away from Mountain House, CA. Currently, high school students are attending Merrill F West High school located in Tracy. The new local high school should be built sometime around 2012, or when there are enough high school age students to support the planned facility. Roseville is filled with parks where you can enjoy a nice picnic. There are also dog parks exclusively for our beloved pets. The closest lake here would be Lake Folsom. It is a beautiful lake where you can take your "best friend" for a nice walk. Whenever you're ready to move and enjoy Beautiful Roseville, give me a call.
