Hi Audrey,
To answer your question, buyers are sensing blood in the water already. Most buyers will try first with a low offer however if you are priced right or just below the market they will come around and work with you to make it a win win situation.
I would recommend meeting with a few Realtors and discuss pricing and staging your home.
Remember, summer time is when everyone trys to sell so we can expect a glut of homes hitting the market. Don't wait to long.

Yes, Home Buyer in Granite Bay

If Roseville and Rocklin prices are crashing what's going to happen to Granite Bay?

Most areas are seeing a sharp decline in prices and that includes Granite Bay. Expect the prices to continue to decline this year and with any luck it will start to stabilize in the next couple of years.
Don't expect appreciate for a while, the dust needs to settle down after the market stabilizes.

Del Webb in Roseville is beautiful and I would recommend going to the club house and visit.
Not knowing your situation or goals, I can't tell you if it would be a good move for you or not.

You can check with the title company for IRS tax liens. Remember, the title company needs to show clear title before the recording so be sure you have in writing that the bank is responsible for the clear title. - Fri Mar 14 2008, 14:51
Hi C. Olson,
The bank will give clear title at close of escrow like any normal closing. Be sure that there's no HOA because the banks in most cases will not pay for any back HOA dues.
