The incentives are changing all the time. I have 2 clients in contract, ! at Denby Square and 1 at Del Webb, The Club. They have lowered the base price and still continue to pass on the incentives. We have already closed escrow with my buyer from Amberly Place and not only did they give all the incentives but they took $16,000 off the price because the house was contingent on the sale of the first buyers home. Pulte accelerated the home and gave the cash discount to the buyer. My clients feel it was because I worked closely with Pulte that they got the savings, so make sure you are represented by a Realtor on your transaction. Remember the Sales Staff, although knowledgeable, work for the builder. If you need any assistance please feel free to contact me. - Mon Sep 1 2008, 09:36
