Pauline Avila answered:
What is the asking price, and what is the condition of this home? Does it have curb appeal? I have a buyer for Rahway, I'll look it up and send it to him. Have there been alot of showings? What is the feedback from those showings? - Tue Apr 22 2008, 08:34
Pauline Avila answered:
From NJ you have the trains, buses or drive to the Ferry if you like. In that price range, and for good schools, I would suggest Cranford, Westfield, Springfield, Mountainside, Scotch Plains or Summit. I commute myself as well to the city 2 days a week. I take the bus and it's great. All these towns have great school systems, and also plenty of activity in sports, music, theatre for all ages. Visit my website: http://www.paulineavila.com. Look forward to hearing from you.

Do we assume price is too high if no showings?

Pauline Avila answered:
You are either over priced, or have no curb appeal. When Buyers pull up to a home, the first impression of a property is the appearance on the outside; then secondly it's the appearance on the inside. Is your home clean, any upgrades, or is it older. You must price it with current market values. Is it easy to show? Is there a lockbox on the house. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 07:21
