There are buyers like that, but the first question to ask a buyer is Are you working with another agent.?
If they are, you need to refer them back to that agent. Then depending on their response, you have an opportunity to explain the advantages of a non-discount broker. You usually get what you pay for. - Wed Dec 19 2007, 11:00
Total days on the market. It tells me that the owner is probably more negotiable, if it has been there a while. But then I need to see it reguardless, to see why it has been on the market a long time. Or if it is a short amount of time, I am not expecting the owner to be as negotiable. - Wed Dec 19 2007, 10:56
You or your agent just need to ask them. But probably they are doing comparisons between other homes. Which may mean you are still being considered. But ask them, you have that right. - Wed Dec 19 2007, 10:50
Normally you have a time frame in your contract to consider if you want to vacate the kickout clause in your contract which requires you to put up more money. If you choose not to vacate your kickout clause then your contract is terminated. But those specifications should be in your contract. - Wed Dec 19 2007, 10:47
Your Realtor can have you sign an addendum to your contract with them to authorized the bonus. Then they can put it in the MLS to agents can see it. Then it will be up to the agent to make it known in their marketing. But you still have to have the house in competitive condition and pricing. If you are not competitive in these areas a bonus will not help. Price and condition of the home are far better ways to sell a home than a bonus. - Wed Nov 21 2007, 18:47
