I am looking at property on Olney Mills in Olney, MD. I will be selling in 2-5 years. Will I have trouble?

The plus is that today's market is so-so. In 2-5 years you should have no problem as the market will have stabilized and the inventory of home wil be diminished. If you are in need of financing, I can help you.
