what does it mean when it says reo?

Marilyn Malave answered:
REO means (Real Estate Owned) This is property owned by a lender (usually a bank) after it has been seized from the homeowner (foreclosure) - Tue Aug 26 2008, 13:48
Marilyn Malave answered:
It's the same here in New York, if they know they must disclose. - Tue Aug 26 2008, 13:29

Marilyn Malave answered:
1) This is easy, THE INTERNET. This is definitely the way to go. The more web exposure you get the more traffic you'll get as long as the home is priced right. If it's overpriced you'll get zip. Try to find places that you can advertise for free, there are plenty of them.

2) Yes, yes, and yes advertise everywhere. There will always be people looking to move into the community from other areas, they could be relocating because of their work, or moving closer to family, or any other reason.

Hope this helps : ) - Tue Aug 26 2008, 12:54

Interests
I love blogging about real estate. I know it sounds cheesy but it's true, I found that people have a lot of questions about real estate but are afraid to ask for fear of "looking stupid" or for fear of having to deal with a pushing agent. In my blog they find answers and ask questions and contact me whenever they are ready to talk to an agent.
