"WHAT A RELIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is what RE/MAX means to my husband and I. When I see the commercials I now breathe a sigh of relief. About 6 Months ago my husband and I were having difficulty with selling our beautiful house. The problem was not our house; it was the real estate people we were dealing with. I was helpless and began searching for an honest realtor who would listen to our problems and feel as we did. Well I found them, Desiree Daniels and Albert Sodaro of RE/MAX. When I read their testimonials I knew there was someone out there that could help us. We were in a situation where we had to leave for Florida and needed to sell our house or be stuck in financial ruin. Sympathetic and professional Desiree came to our rescue. We interviewed several prospective realtors to list our home, and always came away exceptionally unimpressed, until we met Dez. Finally, someone who knew the real estate market better than we did. Dez and Al were a breath of fresh air in a sea of underachievers. Having been involved in several real estate investments earlier in life, I thought that I knew all the tricks of marketing a property, then I met Al! In an hour walk through of our current home, Al came up with no less than a dozen points about our home that I NEVER would have thought of. The entire sale went exactly according to the rough time table that Dez laid out when we first met. We thought that the hard part was going to be finding our new home since we had a wish list as long as a long as my arm. As a Robbinsville resident and the Team leader of the #1 Real Estate Team in Robbinsville we have seen quite a price adjustment in the past 6 months. Condos that sold in the 190-250 range in 2005-2006 are selling in the 170-220 Range. Town homes in Foxmoor & Town Center have also seen a considerable adjustments anywhere from 15,000-50,000. The single family homes have adjusted accordingly as well. The area is still much in demand. We are still seeing a large influx of families from North Jersey & New York. A sizeable amount of relocation clients that are working in the large distribution centers along the NJ Turnpike corridor from exit 9 south have been settling here as well. Robbinsville has also become a vibrant area for young, single professionals. The schools are top rated & the new High School is state of the art. I also use Great Schools for my local school info.

Robbinsville, Hamilton, Chesterfield & Bordentown would have what your looking for as far as budget and schools. For the commute to work we are located minutes from Interstate 95,195, 295, NJ Turnpike, Rt1, 206, & 130. These communities are all convieniently located along the corridors serviced by NJ Transit Trains. (Hamilton, Princeton Jct. Stations) Train ride is a bit over 1 hr to Ny Penn station. We have several wonderful communities in Robbinsville called Foxmoor, The Lofts @ Town Center & Washington Town Center. There are many young professionals that are relocating to the area that are renting in these communities. You are 10-15 minute car ride from Princeton. 35-40 minutes from Philly and a 1Hr 20 min train ride to NYC. Rents are anywhere from 1300 for a condo, to a little over 1700 for The Lofts & around 2500 for a town home in Town Center. You are within walking distance to shopping, shops and restaurants.
