What's the best area around MacDilll AFB to buy a home?

These are all great responses. If you're relocating to MacDill, there are many beautiful communities with great schools within 30-45 minutes. I specialize mostly in the Riverview, Apollo Beach and Gibsonton areas, which is about a 30 minute ride to the base. There are plenty of resale homes and new construction in those areas in your price range. If you are still searching, please let me know. I'd be more than happy to provide you with detailed listings and floorplans on the new ones, directly to your email. Just like they said, in this market, most builders are willing to throw incentives for closing costs and/or down payment.
