The direction I would point you would depend on your answers to a few more questions. First and foremost, what type of properties are you interested in? Are you looking for homes to rehab and resell or are you looking for rental properties? If so, are you comfortable doing foreclosures, do you prefer dealing with REO properties, or properties that are not distressed with current incomes. Are you looking for commercial or residential properties? Single family homes, multifamily homes, or even trailer parks. All are available in the Chattanooga and north Georgia area. I would be happy to point you in the appropriate direction, and can provide you lists of what is available, if you could give me a bit more information on your ultimate goals. Feel free to give me a call if you would like to talk in person.
