What technology are you finding most useful in generating leads?

Hi Melissa! I don't think there's just one answer to your question. We've found that you have to be where the buyers are. Most of our advertising is on the Internet, with lots of pictures & virtual tours. ListingBook is new to use and very useful. But the one piece of technology most agents need to use for lead generating is just picking up the phone and calling everyone they know to ask for referrals. I'll bet you agree.
