Great. This is a good time as any to sell. Advertising is one thing but where is another thing. Selling a coop is not an easy task. It takes a lot of skill. You will need a professional, especially in this market when there are so many coops for sale. Competition is fierce. You should interview a few agents if your efforts is not successful. Good luck.
