The best part of my career is when I see the smile on my Clients faces!
This is whether I was able to sell their home for what my Clients were looking for, in the timeframe they needed, or when I get to hand over the keys to a first time home buyer! In this profession, you develop relationships. My job is to help guide you through what you are needing to accomplish in that time of your life. A facilitator. The "sales" is the means to an end. The majority of my business comes from referrals which I consider a high compliment. Your business will be appreciated by me!
When searching for homes and talking to REALTORS, be sure to choose a REALTOR that you trust.
Someone that will tell you the truth. What you need to know to make that informed decision!
I hope you will find these qualities in me!
Warm Regards,
Cherie Schulz

Hi!
I have to tell you about Richlands, NC! Richlands is a beautiful community just outside of Jacksonville, NC. Jacksonville is home to the Camp Lejuene military base. Richlands has lovely, affordable homes. You will also be able to choose homes from the 1800's if that is your style. Richlands is mainly a farming community. It is located approx 15 minutes to Jacksonville (beaches), 45 minutes to a very popular city called Wilmington (beaches), 30 minutes to Sneads Ferry (beaches), 35 -45minutes to Swansboro and Cape Carteret(beaches) and 2 hours to Raleigh. Check out our schools! Our crime rate is extremely low!
Our colleges are very good as well. It is a grat place to open a business as well.
My husband and I came here because we were transferred by the military in 1990. We have 4 children. We ended up changing our plans and have decided to retire here.
I hope to see you here! - Fri Jul 11 2008, 20:23
Hello RM73,
Signing an Exclusive Buyers Agency commits both the Buyer and the Buyers Agent to each other for an agreed upon real estate goal and for a particular period of time. If the agreed upon expectations and goals are not being fulfilled, you need to discuss this with your Agent. Hopefully it can get resolved at that point. If not, you need to go to their Broker and allow them to have the opportunity to resolve the problem.
At this time, be very specific. You will usually be assigned to a more seasoned/experienced Agent in the field of real estate that you are looking in. Normally, if the broker feels that the situation can not be resolved and for the sake of good business relations, they will allow you to be released from the contract. Note that, dependent upon how the agreement was written you may be liable for certain fees/commissions.You may want to review your agreement prior to talking to your agent and their Broker. I hope you have a great real estate experience from this point on! - Fri Jul 11 2008, 20:00
