Hi Akin,

Christine is right when she says that Arlington a price tag of 309k doesn't exist in N. Arlington. While the average sales price is quite high in this area, there certainly are less expensive homes available. The least expensive one on the market today in the 22207 zip code is 409k, and it's not as nice as the pictures of the one you inquired about. I think there was a mistake made on the listing you inquired about.

If you're looking for a really good deal, I would recommend looking at foreclosure opportunities. You'll get the best price, but you may have to sacrifice on some on other aspects of the home. I do a lot in the foreclosure area, and often hear about these opportunities before they hit the market. If you would like some assistance, please feel free to contact me.
