The tax foreclosure sale is based on their taxes being delinquent. A sherriff sale is based on their mortgage being delinquent.

Yes it is still available for $569,000. It has been listed since 4/25/08. Total monthly income is $2,110. Unfortunately there are no pictures listed of the inside. You can only view the interior with a signed purchase agreement - subject to of course.

Yes it is still available. It currently is receiving $900 for one unit and $825 for another. There is other expense info available. It is listed for $399,950 and has been listed since 9/8/08

I can send you a list of preforeclosure lists if you would like. These homes don't always go to auction. They are in jeopardy of foreclosure - some people pay off their arrears amounts and some people sell prior to the auction.
