Foreclosures are a excellent way to buy a home below market and most lenders do allow home inspection contingencies It's always wise to have a home inspection completed anyway regardless if it is a foreclosure or a resale. They are also sold to the purchaser free and clear of any liens or encumberances. This is usually handled by a closing attorney and title search company. - Sun May 4 2008, 16:29

The Tides, sandalwood, henlopen station, are a few communities that border or are near the bike path. There are condo's/homes for sale within walking distance on the E. Side of Rt. 1. Many to choose from - Mon Jun 25 2007, 19:33
