"Lynne Pope sold my listing so fast. In any market she is the best qualified to take care of everything. Everyone loved working with her. The other Realtor, the contractor and I were so blessed to have her take care of this sale. She is the BEST!"

"Lynne is the gift that keeps on giving. Her design skills showed us the things we could do for our home. Her love of people went before us and the other agents welcomed our offer. Everyone seems to know her. She took excellent care of our entire purchase and kept us informed through each step."

Lynne Pope answered:
The good news is that its for sale the bad news is that with foreclosures they sometimes don't get the photo and information up on the MLS right away. The listing agent may have 200 or more properties.

I have never quite understood why they do it that way but it is a great reason to prove that Banks cannot be Realtors. A few years ago they tried it and it was knocked down right away.

Find a REMAX or any other full service company to find out that information for you. They are full time agents.
But hurry...the REO sales are going pretty fast. - Earlier today

New agent advice

Lynne Pope answered:
I would say go get coaching from Tom Ferry.

People that are coached rocket into business.

It is like paying for education...but real estate really doesn't require much to get started..the rest of the education is up to you...
Top agents...keep on getting trained... just like top golfers...and any pro. go be one....and good luck! - Earlier today

Question removed

Lynne Pope answered:
I sold a property near the train and we went to meet all the neighbors before they bought the home.

One neighbor lived there many years and another one was there only a month...Guess what! They said after the first week they didn't really even hear it.

They bought it,,,and they were never bothered by the train...I still say -- just go ask the people who live there already. I often go meet the neighbors. - Earlier today
Lynne Pope answered:
I am glad that you are using Trulia voices. I am a Realtor and I think that your friend should consider talking to several places- B of A, Chase and also mortgage Brokers. I would suggest he call Milestone Mortgage in Manhattan Beach. There is no better time to learn than now and to get in at the ground level. I actually believe in synergy and that means that if you suggest that open up the heart tonight to be clearly led to the right company or person that you will find it is very powerful. Opening up to receive. Trust! - Sat Aug 16 2008, 21:51
