I agree with CJ. You can only call a person so long until you start to annoy them. Something could have come up. I had this same situation come up recently with one of my clients and come to find out the lost their job due to lay offs and can no longer qualify for their loan. They were embarrased to tell me after looking at homes for 2 months.
