Candy Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge with her to the practice of Real Estate.
As a second generation REALTOR®, she has experience beyond her years as a licensed broker. In 2005 Candy opened her own firm Valley of Virginia Real Estate on her farm in Raphine. Sally Claeys joined the firm in 2006 as a Residential Specialist. A consistent multi-million dollar producer, Candy’s goal is to offer all her buyers & sellers the VERY BEST in client services.
Equally at home navigating the city streets of Lexington, Staunton & surrounding towns or the beautiful countryside and farmlands of our beautiful Shenandoah Valley , Candy enjoys finding that just right home or property for all her clients.
“A lifetime of horses” brings the particular knowledge required to be especially helpful when working buyers and sellers of horse properties.
Uniquely qualified to be a REALTOR®, Candy brings sound business knowledge from starting & operating her own Specialty Food Retail Store & Cooking School, “Cooks & Connoisseurs”, in New Bern , NC for 15 years. The store started with 300 sq ft and grew to 3600 sq ft with a staff ranging from 8 -20 depending on the season. The store is ongoing under the new owners.

"Candy Lynn sold our horse farm operation for us. My husband and I are near retirement and, though the business was very successful, we had reached a point in our lives where change was necessary. Candy has had horses and ridden for a long time and so she was able to understand how functional the farm was. Also, horse people have their own language and she “fit right in” with whoever she showed the farm to. In looking; for a home to buy she very quickly caught on to the type of situation and house that we wanted. In no time she found that house for us and we just love it. She stopped by just last night and was as happy as we are in seeing how we had fixed it up to suit us. There is no way we can thank her enough for making this lifetime change so easy.Roscoe and Sarah IrvineFour Winds Farm, Raphine,VA"
