Having a low MLS number when current homes have a higher number is a caution for many potential buyers. Taking the house off the market, having a professional home stager come in and make staging suggestions as to showcasing the home and following those suggestions. Then re-list the home, with a realistic price and proper staging any home will sell. - Thu May 8 2008, 18:19
Raleigh and Cary area of North Carolina have trails all through the cities. These trails run through lake areas, river and stream area, open and wooded areas. There are 2 major parks and numerous smaller parks with trails and lakes that are scattered around the cities, and the trails mostly all connect to these areas. A great trail system for running, walking, bicycling and pet walking. The coast is 2 hours away and the mountains are 4 hours away offering an even more varied opportunity - Thu May 8 2008, 18:13
Real Estate is local, the best time to buy is when you are ready. In the Raleigh, North Carolina (Triangle Area) there are a lot of good houses at a good price. This area was just listed in Forbes magazine as one of the best recession proof areas in the nation. Values where still increasing, houses are still selling, national builders are offering great incentives to buyers. North Carolina has not had the high rate of foreclosures other areas have seen, companies are re-locating here, quality of life is good, weather and amenities are good. So in the Raleigh, NC housing market now is a great time to purchase a home. - Thu May 8 2008, 18:02
