Every real estate market is different and has it's own set of factors affecting it. That would be why you are getting so many different opinions from different agents. My office is located in N. Raleigh, NC and the market covers the Greater Triangle area. In this area, it is a great time to buy! Interest rates are low, sellers and builders are willing to negotiate, and there is a great selection of inventory to choose from. - Wed May 7 2008, 11:51
