Hello, my name is Megan McGonigal. I am a Realtor who specializes in residential real estate in Cecil County, MD and Harford County, MD including waterfront, water oriented, condos, relocation, re sales and new homes. About Me

I grew up in Newark/Wilmington, DE. I currently live in Cecil County, MD with my fiance Jeff and our two German Shepherds (kids) - Kayley & Apollo. When I am not doing real estate I enjoy skiing, jet skiing, atving, hiking with my dogs, canoeing, camping and spending time with family and friends. I love living in Cecil County and feel very lucky to live here. We have the Chesapeake Bay in our backyard and are only a few hours drive to many ski resorts and the beach. We are a rural community located in between Baltimore and Philly. It is the perfect place for all of my outdoor activities.

Your best bet would be to talke to a loan officer. I have only ever had one VA certificate of eligibility used, but I have never had 2 buyers who were both VA eligible purchasing one home either. - Sat Apr 12 2008, 06:48

Hey Keith,
The COE does indeed say that we can not interfer w/ a Realtor's relationship, unless the Realtor's client contacts another agent first. Said agent just can't go and try to solicit listings that are active, but if the client contacts the Realtor first that is a whole other story. There is nothing unethecial about answering her questions. Plus I don't even do Real Estate in her County so I'm hardly trying to solicit the listing. She asked for my advice and I am giving it to her. Period. End of story. - Sat Apr 5 2008, 09:58

Hi Jessica, I would'nt say that $249,900 is too high for a townhome. It all depends on what the recents comparable sales in your neighborhood are. How far are you off?
