Congratulations on selecting the Spokane area for employment. One thing about Idaho that you should consider is less taxes. Gas runs $.40 to $.50 less than in Spokane. Prices have come down in the Coer d'Alene area in the last 6 months, thus like every where else it is a Buyers market. There is a great agent that works both the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area that would be more than happy to work with you. Her name is Brooke Adams. Her email address is brookeadams@windermere.com. Good Luck. - Fri Aug 15 2008, 09:43
Windermere has an office in Stevenson, Washington 509 427-2777. An agent can assist you in answering this question. In general counties have records that will show all home sales in the county over a set number of years. The agent can also look up sales on the Multiple Listing Service that their office is associated with. - Mon Jun 23 2008, 09:36
Jim,
Thanks for the question. No, you do not have to be an agent to list your home with our company or any other Real Estate company. In order for the listing to be on the Windermere web site you would need to enter into a listing agreement with one of our Windermere offices. There is a local office in Gig Harbor to serve your needs. - Mon Apr 28 2008, 11:39
