I believe the market will act independently from this rebate issue. It was fine for the entry level home market but didn't do that much for the overall market. There will be more stimilus packages in the future anyway. You should make your decision based on what is happening in the local market you're interested in. National, and even regional news can be misleading to buyers who are looking in communities like Oak Harbor.
