Is anyone using their TREO with the Supra eKey?

I've just purchased the Treo 722 and there is a problem between the Treo software and Supra that is causing the treo to lock up after charging. Have to take the battery out for 5 minutes or more and reinstall it to get it to work. The idea is great, have not found a fix. Now on my 3rd phone.
