I was born and raised in Yonkers where I lived for 33 years and moved to Mahopac in 2004. Living in these spots has given me a great knowledge of both Westchester and Putnam Counties.


A Pace University alumnus graduating with a degree in Human Relations, which focuses in the area of psychology. With this background and training, has taught me how to listen to my clients needs and hopefully have insight to there thoughts and concerns.
I have came from a career in information technology working as a consultant for 8 years. Being an avid scenic photographer, this give me the innate ability to photo a listing getting the best shot of your most precious asset allowing it to captivate all who would look upon it. I bring to the Rand family integrity and a keen sense of business, with the ability to give clients the personal services they deserve. I enjoy negotiating the best price or terms for my clients. But price and terms are only a part of it. I pride myself on being their adviser and helping point out things that they should be aware of or make recommendations on questions that arise.
