Views are pretty easy to find in Pueblo, trees can be a challenge sometimes. Are you planning on putting the two houses next to each other? Dividing can be an issue because of water. In Colorado you need a min of 35+ acres to get a well permit. And dividing can be an issue if the property has already been divided. Feel free to contact me via my web site and we can get more detailed. http://www.coloradowesternland.com - Sat Feb 16 2008, 11:54
