Kenneth Verbeyst CRS GRI ABR SRES GREEN Broker-Assoc answered:
depends upon the house as well as tracks involved. Is it a freigt or commuter line? How often is it used? is there a grade crossing nearby requiring whistle being blown? In general I believe these houses sell 10-20% less than similar homes w/o train and often take longer. - Sun Nov 22 2009, 11:16
